Purpose:

Procedure:
Offer a Mindful Moment of Gratitude:

Procedure:
- All Volunteers will meet at the Military Women's Memorial at the Fallen Warrior Ribbon Memorial Display.
- When the time comes we will walk mindfully for approximately 15 minutes to Section 60 while holding an Honor Ribbon.
Offer a Mindful Moment of Gratitude:
- Focus on your senses, grounding yourself in the present moment.
- Bring your attention to your spine, maintaining an upright posture.
- Take deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax and find inner stillness.
- Cultivate open-hearted gratitude, reflecting on the sacrifices of the fallen service member(s).

- Finish your Mindful Moment of Gratitude by placing the ribbon around your neck as a symbol of honoring the warrior.
